Wausau Pride
Please join us at Wausau Pride, where we will have an informational booth about our services, which include supporting victims of all ages and genders. Our information booth will be open from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. TWC supports this event to shine a light on the disproportion rates the LGBTQIA+ community is impacted by domestic, sexual and interpersonal violence.

Registration is Now Closed for Participants, But Open & Free for Spectators! The Women’s Community will hold our 2nd Annual Pride Kickball Tournament on Saturday, June 29 at Sunny Vale Park! TWC holds this event to shine a light on the disproportion rates the LGBTQIA+ community is impacted by domestic, sexual and interpersonal violence. Stunning trophies will go to the winners of the tournament, in addition to other categories such as, “Most Pride” and “Best Team Name!”

Walk through this powerful exhibit of t-shirts hung on a clothesline that is a visual representation of survivors personal experiences. Each shirt was made locally by someone affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, or sex trafficking. Stop by the resource table to learn more about the project, interpersonal violence, domestic abuse, and free resources in the community.
