Making The Transition

The Women’s Community Transition Living Program Advocates provide long-term supportive services to victims of domestic and sexual abuse. Services provided include:

• Support through the transitional period when leaving an abusive relationship
• Assistance in locating safe, affordable housing
• Information and advocacy regarding landlord/ tenant laws
• Finances and budgeting
• Goal setting
• Coordination of services with other community agencies and landlords
• Limited funding for rent and security deposits
